The steps are quick and easy

Step 1: Enter the characters appearing before the dash in your Gift Claim Code in the first box and enter the characters appearing after the dash in the second box then click Submit.

Step 2: Once on the next page, select the reward you want and enter your name, mailing address and email address in the boxes as indicated.
